Boris Rubinstein

Boris Rubinstein holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the UCLA and a Juris Doctor degree from the Loyola Law School. Mr. Rubinstein has been in practice since 1991 and is the founder of our company. His area of practice is Personal Injury law. Mr. Rubinstein is licensed to practice law in Washington State and California. He is admitted to practice before the Federal Court. Mr. Rubinstein is an active member of the following professional organizations: the Washington State Bar Association, the California State Bar Association, the Association of Immigration Lawyers of America, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of the State of Washington.  Mr. Rubinstein oversees the company; supervises and reviews case settlement process; supervises various complex litigation matters; attends court hearings; supervises work of Paralegal, Law Clerk, and Associate Attorney; conducts complex arbitrations and mediations; and provides legal advice on various legal matters.

Boris Lefelman

Case Manager

 

Boris Lefelman has been with our company since its establishment in 1991. He is fluent in Ukrainian, Russian, and English. Mr. Lefelman’s experience, communication, and management skills are a great asset to our company and to our strong commitment to positive attorney-client relations and swift resolution of various unplanned or complicated case-related issues. In addition, Mr. Lefelman has a vast experience in successful negotiations of settlements with insurance carriers, reduction of medical liens, and handling of subrogation matters with health insurance carriers.

 

 

 

Liya Lutskov

Legal Assistant

Liya Lutskov has been with our company since 1996. She is originally from Tallinn, Estonia. She holds a certification of a Licensed Massage Practitioner. Ms. Lutskov is one of our experienced employees who performs receptionist/front desk services, communicates with our clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other interested parties with regard to various non-legal matters; and handles various administrative issues related to our clients’ legal matters.

 

 

Artem Kovtunenko

Legal Assistant

Artem Kovtunenko has been employed with our company since April 2007. He is originally from the Ukraine. He is responsible for various administrative tasks related to our clients’ legal matters and oversees handling of our company’s archives.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 Carolina Antipolo

Records Manager

Carolina Antipolo holds degrees in Sociology and Society and Justice from the University of Washington. She speaks both Spanish and English fluently. Since joining our company in June 2002, she has focused on the medical legal preparation of Personal Injury matters, organization and compilation of medical treatment histories, treatment, billing issues, and related matters. In addition, Ms. Antipolo communicates daily with our English- and Spanish-speaking clients regarding various medical treatment issues as well as with medical providers, health care providers, and first and third party liability carriers.

 

 

 

Daria Chernovitskaya

Administrative Services Manager

Daria Chernovitskaya has been employed with our company as Administrative Services Manager since October 2007. Ms. Chernovitskaya received her Associate of Arts in Arts and Sciences with Honors from the Bellevue Community College. She graduated with Honors from the City University in Bellevue, Washington in 2004. Ms. Chernovitskaya received her Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the Seattle Pacific University in 2007. During her studies, she volunteered at the Overlake Hospital Medical Center Emergency Room and with the City of Bellevue Probation Services. Ms. Chernovitskaya is a great asset to our company because she brings her expertise in serving our staff’s professional needs as well as the needs of our diverse client base, experiencing stressful situations.

 

Arnoldo De La Vega

Public Relations Specialist

Arnoldo De La Vega has been employed with our company since 2001. Originally from Colima, Mexico, Mr. De La Vega is fluent in Spanish and English. Mr. De La Vega specializes in Public Relations with the Hispanic community and performs advertising, marketing, and legal assistance tasks of various complexities for our Spanish-speaking clients on a daily basis.

 

 

Alfredo Solorio

Client Relations Specialist

Alfredo Solorio, originally from Colima, Mexico, has been employed with our company since 2002. Mr. Solorio’s main focus is to communicate with our Spanish-speaking clients and to assist them during various stages of their legal matters for a swift and effective resolution of the same. Mr. Solorio also assists our company with resolution of various technical issues.

 

Angela M. Spektor

Assistant Case Manager

Angela M. Spektor has been employed with our company since 1998. She handles Personal Injury cases, settles Property Damage matters, monitors and reviews entire file handling process within the company, and handles various immigration matters. In addition, Ms. Spektor resolves various problems arising with regard to our client cases, manages certain aspects of our office, and monitors final stages of settlement process for Personal Injury matters.

 

 

Olga Rotstein

Law Clerk

Olga Rotstein is employed with our company as a Law Clerk. She assists attorneys with various simple and complex legal research assignments, case review assignments, and analytical matters as related to the application of both the U.S. and Russian laws to our clients’ legal matters. She prepares drafts of legal briefs, pleadings, petitions, and other legal documents of various complexities for review and completion by attorney.

 

 

Yulia Khorun

Associate Attorney

Yulia Khorun joined our company in January 2007. She is originally from Novosibirsk, Russia. Ms. Khorun received her Juris Doctor degree from the Seattle University School of Law in 2006 and her foreign law degree from the Novosibirsk State University in 2001. Ms. Khorun is licensed to practice law in Washington State. Ms. Khorun negotiates settlements, supervises client statements and depositions, handles arbitrations and mediations, attends hearings, conducts legal research of various complexity, drafts various briefs and motions, and supervises work of Law Clerk and Paralegal on various client matters.
