CIVIL LITIGATION |
Julia Khorun is our litigation attorney. She will meet with you for the initial consultation and inform you of any updates on your case. You do not need to worry who is in charge of your case as the same attorney will handle your case from start to finish.
We represent individuals in a wide range of civil matters, including:
- Personal Injury Litigation. We litigate a broad range of claims arising out of the negligent or careless acts of others, including cases involving injuries suffered as a result automobile accidents, negligently maintained property (such as stairs, sidewalks, floors or pavement) and products liability.
- Family Law Litigation. We represent both petitioners and respondents on family law matters such as divorce, legal separation, child custody, modification of parenting plans, and others.
- Appellate practice. If you believe that at the trial, the law was misapplied, we could help you to appeal your matter. We both write appellate briefs and present oral arguments in front of the court of appeals.

Julia Khorun has significant experience in handling appellate cases. During her last year at the Seattle University School of Law, she interned as a judicial clerk at the Washington State Court of Appeals, Division II, Tacoma, Washington.
Julia conducted extensive research on legal issues in all areas of criminal and civil law, prepared bench memorandums, attended court hearing in the court of appeals, and worked closely with the Honorable Robin Hunt and Elaine Houghton.
